Thank you celebrating his birthday starting today!
Also, remember that there is an official family celebration at the Alex Theatre in Glendale Friday at 8pm. Presenters include June Foray, Jerry Beck, George Daugherty, Eric Goldberg, and Carl Bell.
That's nice that his grandson saw this and commented. :)
Loved watching all the snippets. In fact, it's made me want to watch several of the cartoons just like we used to way back when. Thank goodness for youtube.
But back then it was more fun:
A Double Feature plus 10 cartoons for 25 cents.
TEN CARTOONS! Couple that with numerous boxes of gummy candy and by the time we left the theater we were all in a kind of incoherent daze. HA!
I grew up watching looney tunes. It's like my day wouldn't be complete if I can't watch it. To be honest, I think looney tunes cartoons are a lot way better than today's cartoons. I even remember the movie Space Jam, I think its one of the best movie when I was still a kid.

Welcome, Mr. Kausen. Your grandfather has many, many fans the world over. I'm sure the official family celebration will be a wonderful tribute.

Hi, Yette. Yes, that was kind of Craig Kausen to stop by.
TEN cartoons?! Yowza. Hurray for the incoherent haze of 10 cartoons and boxes and boxes of candy. Sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday.
