Discussion of old movies and the culture that made them.
Great publicity for the book. Well done!I had never seen that photo of Ann with Joan Crawford. Lovely.
Thank you, Vienna. That photo is new to me as well. I love it.
Congrats, Jacqueline! Wow, Liz Smith.
Jacqueline I can't find the link or work the link or whatever - can you include a link to the actual comments by Liz Smith?
Never mind, found it! The original link led me to the main page. I found the link to Ann Bluth on a side bar at that page. Hooray for me. Ha.
Thanks, Yvette. Glad you found the article. Confound this Internet.
Always love reading about Ann, I'll be sure to read this book.Interesting fact - she is my Grandmothers first cousin, making her my first cousin twice removed. I'm from Ireland but living in the U.S. now. I wrote her but have yet to hear back. She met my father and his brothers a few times both here in the U.S. and back in my hometown in Ireland. We have some photos too. Jacqueline, my Grandmother mentioned above was a Lynch (née) too.
Thanks for stopping by, and I truly appreciate your interest in Ann Blyth and in my book. It's always nice to hear from another Lynch -- or the grandchild of another Lynch.
Woohoo, what fantastic news, Jacqueline!!! Congrats!!!Book arrived safely today, thank you so much! Been in a work crunch, will drop you an email soon.Congrats again,Laura
Thanks, Laura. Busy with work is good. Take care.
